Commemorating the 70th Anniversary of D-Day

Programme:

– Copland : Fanfare for the Common Man

– Vaughan Williams: Serenade to Music

– Britten: Four Sea Interludes

– Bernstein: Chichester Psalms

– Strauss: The Four Last Songs

Also appearing in the concert will be Helena Dix, recently nominated in the 2014 International Opera Awards for Young Singer of the Year.

The programme of music has been selected to reflect  the importance of this key event and will be performed just one day after the 70th Anniversary of D-Day.

The Concert will be supporting the vital work of the Royal British Legion, Surrey.
